Our return policy is valid for 60 days. Note that we can no longer process a refund or exchange for orders beyond 60 days since the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The original packaging must also be retained or maintained.
Any damage to the item can affect the approval of your return/refund request. However, if you believe it was a result of shipping errors, contact us right away (within 5 days of delivery). We will closely work with you to investigate and resolve the issue with the shipment or courier service provider.
Return/Refund Qualifying Conditions
Only under the following circumstances shall your order be covered by our return and
refund policy. If you experience any of these, please inform us immediately.
- Missing items/package
- Wrong items received
- Damaged, expired, or defective items received
- Package failed to arrive
There are types of goods that we do not accept. Products that are exempted from being returned include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)
- Sanitary or intimate items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Steps in Requesting for a Return and Refund:
- Contact us via email as listed on our Contact Us page. Don’t forget to send over the following information:
- Order number
- Details about the item/s
- Reasons for requesting a return or refund
- Proof of purchase or receipt
Note: We might also require photographic evidence should you claim to have received incorrect or damaged products.
- We will respond via email with instructions on how to return the items.
- Send the package to the correct warehouse address stated in the email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- To ensure that we will be able to receive the item, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially if you are shipping item/s over 75. If ever problems with shipping arise and we fail to receive the returned item, please contact your courier service provider right away.
- Expect a confirmation email that we have received your returned item once it arrives.
- After inspecting the items, we will notify you about the status of your refund request – whether it is approved or rejected.
- For approved requests, your refund will then be processed.
- You can expect a refund to be credited to your account within 24-72 hours after it has been approved and processed.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted The following products will not qualify for a full refund, including but not limited to:
- Items (such as books and apparel) show evident signs of use;
- Items/packages have already been opened (especially applicable to products like CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record);
- Items are not in their original condition;
- Items have missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Items are returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There may also be instances when refunds get delayed or do not reflect in your account. Here’s what you need to do in such cases:
- Recheck your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card company. Depending on the policies of your bank, it may take up to 30 days before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received the refund, please reach out to us at our contact email.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You can ask to replace products if they have damages or defects due to our error. However, you can only exchange them for the same items. You cannot exchange an item to a different product listed on our store.
Exchanges usually take 14 days to process.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after purchase. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you can no longer cancel the order.
